18 holes, par , designed by Arthur Hills. Every figure below is transcribed from the course's own published scorecard, checked 2026-08-03.
| Tee | Yards | Rating | Slope | Par |

This course publishes tee lengths and ratings but not a hole-by-hole card, so there's no per-hole par or yardage here rather than an invented one.
300 exclusive residences. Site lists individually-named holes (e.g. The Gordon, Peninsula, Creekside, Sanctuary, Solitude as par-3s; Sunrise, Jasmine, Great Egret, Halfway Home, Heron's Roost, Osprey, Road Hole, Arthur's Bunker, Lone Cypress as par-4s; Hole in the Wall, Longview, Eagle's Nest, Landing among others) but the hole-count-per-par breakdown returned by the fetch didn't cleanly add to 18/count consistently, so no summed par is recorded here rather than risk a wrong number. Six tee boxes per hole exist but tee names/rating/slope not published.
