The 35.5/113 figure looks implausible next to par (27) but is not a transcription slip: the club's own site states it verbatim ("This challenging nine hole, par 27, golf course has a course rating of 35.5 with a slope rating of 113"), and GolfLink and mScorecard independently list the same numbers. Every hole is a par 3 with bunkers and water in play, which under USGA rating methodology can push Course Rating above par on a short course even though yardage alone would not. The club's site publishes a 35.5 rating / 113 slope, but a direct query of the USGA National Course Rating Database (ncrdb.usga.org, checked 2026-08-07) returns no entry for this course under any name variant, so no current sanctioning-body rating exists to cite. Aggregators repeating the figure all trace back to the club's own text. Rating and slope withheld rather than published unverifiable.
