Causeway toll is $6 inbound with a transponder, $9 inbound without one. There is no charge to leave the island and no separate parking fee at the islands.
Pull-in parking directly on Island A, just past the toll bridge, and Island B, past the second bridge. There is no dedicated fishing pier, so you fish from the rocks or the shoreline.
Snook and sheepshead hold on the causeway rock revetment and bridge pilings; Spanish mackerel and jacks work bait in open water.
A Florida saltwater fishing license is required for shore fishing.
Phase 1 reopened May 2025 with parking and portable restrooms on Islands A and B; Phase 2 amenities were expected through 2026.
