The pier and its approach walkway remain fenced off and CLOSED to the public. Only the parking area and the canoe and kayak launch have reopened.
A USACOE permit for repairs was approved in June 2026, but no reopening date is confirmed. We are not calling this a working pier yet.
Parking and the kayak and canoe launch are the only usable access here right now.
